1. Introduction

Welcome to Sloper: Climb, Track, Train, a climbing tracking app provided by Sloper LLC ("Sloper", "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sloper: Climb, Track, Train app, available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and our website at sloperapp.com (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Note: Use of the Sloper - Climb Tracker app may also be subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it, such as Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement or Google Play’s Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service. By using Sloper, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, such as logging climbs, viewing analytics, and participating in leaderboards, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration (full name, username, and email address).
• Keep your account information updated.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and email verification code login process.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate or if you violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Sloper offers premium subscription tiers (weekly, monthly, and annual). New subscribers are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:
• Pay the fees as displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings within the app.
• Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms. Refund requests should be directed to support@sloperapp.com.

Some existing subscribers may have subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. These subscriptions are processed by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies. You can manage Apple subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Subscription pricing and features may change, and we will notify you of significant updates via email or in-app notifications.

5. Use of the Service

You may use Sloper to log climbs, save session data, view analytics, and participate in leaderboards. You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, or hack the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content within the app.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Sloper LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You may submit climb data, session information, and other content ("User Content") through the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it within the Service to provide features like leaderboards and analytics. You represent that you own or have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in the app or contacting us at support@sloperapp.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sloper LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, if necessary, providing an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
