Yes! Sloper offers a completely Free Basic tier that lets you track your climbs and sessions without paying a cent. You can log boulders, routes, indoor and outdoor climbs, and review your climbing history anytime. If you want access to advanced features like performance analytics and interactive leaderboards, you can upgrade to Sloper Premium.
Sloper Premium unlocks advanced tools to help you climb smarter: detailed performance analytics, achievement tracking, and interactive leaderboards to compare progress with friends across climb types. Every subscription comes with a 14-Day Free Trial so you can explore everything before you pay. Just choose a monthly plan ($4.99/month) or an annual plan ($49.99/year—save 16%), and enjoy two free weeks before your first payment is processed.
Sloper is a subscription-based app available exclusively on the Apple App Store. Billing is managed directly through Apple Subscriptions, meaning all payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple. You can manage your subscription in your App Store settings.
If you cancel Premium, you’ll keep access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free Basic tier — you’ll still have all your climb history and session logs, but Premium-only features like analytics and leaderboards will be locked until you resubscribe.
Yes! If you resubscribe, all of your climb history and logged sessions will still be there—unless you have previously requested to delete your account.
You can switch between monthly and annual plans anytime via your App Store subscription settings. Apple will handle the transition and any prorated adjustments based on your billing cycle.
Since subscriptions are managed through Apple, Sloper does not process refunds directly. If you need a refund, you’ll need to request it through Apple Support (Apple’s refund page).
We’re always working to improve Sloper! If you run into any issues or have questions, reach out to us at support@sloperapp.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
